Urs Schmutz and Rudolf Hartmann lay the foundation of the general partnership with Schmutz + Hartmann AG.
The general partnership becomes a joint stock corporation. Hans Wüthrich joins as a fellow shareholder and the first production hall is build.
To meet increasing demand, the production hall is expanded for spiral conveyor production.
Urs Schmutz leaves the company that is then continued by Rudolf Hartmann and Hans Wüthrich.
The construction of a modern office building creates the basis for future growth.
Quality standard in black and white: Schmutz + Hartmann gains ISO 9001-certification through the SQS.

Rudolf Hartmann dies. Hans Wüthrich continues managing the company as the sole owner.
After 30 years of success, Hans Wüthrich begins his well-earned retirement. Filtech Ingfra AG assumes ownership of 100 % of the shares. Vladislav Bukejlovic takes the place of Hans Wüthrich.
